Exchanges and returns


Products ordered on our website can be easily returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The customer is obliged to complete the return form (Declaration of withdrawal from the contract), which should be sent to the e-mail address in order to submit a return. Then, together with the returned goods, the completed form should be sent immediately after reporting the return, not exceeding the period of 14 days.

The address to which the returned goods should be sent will be sent in an e-mail after reporting the willingness to return.

We would like to remind you that the returned products must have all tags and must not have any signs of use. The returned goods should be sent in the original packaging, which is an integral part of the order.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to products made for special, individual orders, with particular emphasis on personalized products and pre-order products.

You can send the parcel in the most convenient form for you, so as to be sure that it will reach us safely. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The refund for the returned goods may take up to 5 business days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the above address. We try to keep this waiting time as short as possible.
